Where i grew up there were a lot of rich kids. driving bmw's to school, going anywhere they wanted, they always had the parties, and they were the ones to get the drugs from. the problem was, their parents give them all this money and they have nothing to do with it so they go get drugs and drink with it. im not saying everyone is like that, but a large amount are.
