I do this sometimes, "Indian guy with <car>", besides most folks working in shops are afraid to say my name anyway.

Depends on where you are looking. Downtown? I completely agree. Near Fort Detrick and up Route 15? Oh hellz no... Contractors are moving out there like mad and this is keeping values up. Frederick is also outside of the DC blast zone.
