Hmmm. Never heard it defined that way before, but if it means not sliding through a ditch, hitting several trees, and totaling the car; then I'm okay with it. 
Understeer means you hit the tree with the front of your car
Oversteer means you hit the tree with the rear of your car
Oversteer is better because you don't have to see the tree that kills you.
