Is the drop shadow too dark? It looks better in Illustrator that it does posted here. It is probably the conversion to JPG that is doing it, me thinks...

the drop shadow needs to be lighter and closer to the text... also the compass needs to be addressed... either it needs a drop shadow, or the drop shadow from the words needs to be behind it, or the white in it needs to be filled in, or something else.

 

is the pale yellow color apart of the overall color scheme of the site?

 

Consider using the compass as the T in "at?" Kill the drop shadow with fire.

Dunno about the color. All I can say is that boss liked it. At this point, it can be anything.

Compass in lieu of the "t" is no good. To avaunt guard for the boss man. Behind the T looks dumb.
