This is the off-road jack kit that I purchased. Having the handle retainer and the off-road base is really nice. These jacks are useless on anything other hand hard-pack if you don't have that base.
Just my $.02 but I think this will do you better than that crap from HF.
P.S. I like the jack stands, though. Good stuff there...
