Got those critters too. Last year we had a damn Racoon get under the house and did several thousand dollars in damage..... Allstate did not pay a dime either. I didn't know they had a clause for critters, but they do. The insurance companies are getting horrible about paying for anything.

scared the crap out of my two ladies. Also scratched out every crawl vent...basically he went friggen nuts for two days, until his mate clawed and bit thru one vent and finally pulled it free from the bricks. You could see the claw marks on all the outside vents. So they both pushed and pulled until one moved.
