He pulled down all the insulation from the floor joist, bit thru tons of wiring, set off the alarm system when he bit thru one wire.
scared the crap out of my two ladies.
Also scratched out every crawl vent...basically he went friggen nuts for two days, until his mate clawed and bit thru one vent and finally pulled it free from the bricks. You could see the claw marks on all the outside vents. So they both pushed and pulled until one moved.

How he got in. We have a two car garage, automatic door openers. I noticed when I was leaving one morning that some chairs had fallen over and a couple cleaning items were knocked over. Then noticed that the access to the crawl was slightly open. Didn't think much of it, but slammed the crawl door tight and left. Two days later the alarm went off at 2am. Then after finding no criminals in the house, the brain started thinking back... I guess when I opened the garage door he took off for the open crawl. I locked his ass under the house unknowingly.

I said to him that it must be nice to swim in the ocean and not have to fear being bitten by a shark.
He stared at me for a few long moments and said what?
I told him it was a professional courtesy not to.
