I think I was successful with the x-clamp fix. I have lots of extra hardware if anyone needs some.

I have the 2nd box in my office attached to my work LCD projector and 64' screen.

Xbox gurus.

Now that I fixed my 2nd Xbox and it's in my office attached to my projector and fancy AV switch.

64" 4:3 screen with XGA projector. COD is life size

Can I use the same profile and use whatever game I wish to in either xbox?

Does the Xbox live travel with my profile or the machine?

What about the purchased game maps.

Thanks.

The best thing to do is get a memory stick and store your profile and game saves on it. At least for the ones that you will play on both tvs.

A USB drive? Can I just save them to the USB drive once on the hard disk?

your xbox live profile can only be on one memory unit. you can't transfer it on a USB drive though. So I would just recommend taking your hard drive with you.

dunno - give it try & see. Your purchased maps will transfer (free) to the other machine when you dl them again - I use the x-box usb/stick thing.

You can swtich the profile back and forth (takes a few minutes).

I think I am going to setup the room with the office and projector as a driving sim room and just get another Xbox live account and profile.
