I worked on my Rig over the weekend. I always wanted to do a multi screen setup.

Wall Mounted the center screen and cleaned up the cabling a bit
My Xbox Elite with Forza 4,

2 new Xbox 250G slims (Black Friday $ 200.00) deals
2 new Samsung 43" plasma screens (Black Friday $ 400 each) These are 1MS response time displays which helps the sync
2 new copies of Forza 4

1 5 port 10/100 switch

2 Xbox Silver (free) accounts on the other 2 xbox systems

You need to do a full install on both the other Xbox's including the free DLC from Forza.

The free DLC cars include the ones you can pay for, you wont get them but will be able to see them when racing online or when using multi-screen, When I first set this up the center screen was a DLC Maserati and the left and right fenders were a Jetta or something.

In the options menu there is a multi-screen option. I set the center xbox to Host and Channel 0,

The default angle is 45 degrees, this gives you a flatter and wider view but cuts out the dash, so I went with 60 degrees (All 3 screens get the same angle). The other option is degrees hidden, I used a formula I found online here forza 4 settings . I used 3 degrees for each Samsung and have them placed in front of the Panasonic bezel so I used .5 degrees on the Panasonic.

It still needs some tweaking but is pretty close, considering the left and right panels are larger, but it lines up pretty close and you don't notice it when rolling. The last thing to do is to calibrate the screens to each other, this is hard to do with 2 different types but I am getting closer.

A few notes.

It works online and custom livery will show up on all 3 screens if the systems is logged on the Xbox live too. You can still race online with multi-screen if the other 2 are just on your network but the livery and custom paints dont sync.

Replays: at first it was just the center screen, But if you stop to take a photo, the 2 other screens sync up and now your replay is in multi-screen for game cameras. I found this out by sheer luck

Race cars : Some race cars have Halo seats, that block the left and right view a bit, that is realistic and kind of cool, Harder to see though.

Racing and driving in general, I can see where the other cars are around me and also look into the corners, makes for much cleaner racing. Also there is so much detail that you never noticed before, I have found myself slowing down in the middle of a race to just check out the scenery, then the cars behind catch up.

Cost, like anything else related to racing anything, it can get expensive the Black Friday deals really took a chunk out of the cost.

Now if they only made Call of Duty with triple screens.
