I'm just an average Mild Cheddar Cheese kinda guy.

we get these things @ Costco that are little round wax covered discs (red in color) of some kinda of cheese that is really good, but I don't have a clue what kind of cheese it is.

I developed this odd habit of dipping my Doritos in Sour Cream. I it.

doritos dipped in pretty much anything is good. Ketchup, both yellow and spicey brown mustard, ranch dressing, bbq sauce...
