NSX
Sometimes it's good to be your height, I'd be driving an NSX now if I fit in one.
Drove a freind's 996 yesterday and not real comfortable in that one either. Same problem in both- with the seat far enough back my head hits the roof because it is sloping down at that point, 996 better than the NSX since in the Acura I had to tilt my head at about a 45 degree angle.

Alright, just got off the phone with Navy Federal Loan Lines.
I have been pre-approved for an auto loan for an used vehicle. They have approved me for a good amount of funds. Their current rates can vary between 6.5% - 10.5% depending my credit, up to 72 months (6 years)
They later gave me my rate, which is good
However, I was informed this rate is only valid for a vehicle 99 or Newer. They stated that if I purchase a vehicle that is older than this, the rate changes to 9.5% - 16% APR. As well, I am capped at financing no more than 60 months (5 years). The actual rate that I secure will vary, depending on year, mileage, and value of the vehicle I choose.
A few minutes ago I called Navy Federal, told them this is not acceptable. I've stated I have this check in hand, valid for the vehicle up to a certain amount. However, they can not narrow down which rate I will secure on the vehicle giving me a 7% range? After giving them the year of the vehicle that have informed me that with my credit I qualify for a much smaller margin!
I have some thinking to do now....

I hate you all.
Skip, please let me know what you think of the vehicle. I've just returned from my credit union, everything so far is a go on my side.

Leaving work shortly.
Well... the 1991 Acura NSX in Northern Virginia is a NO.
My wholesaler came to my office to speak with Alex and found out I was looking at an NSX. I showed him the link to the vehicle I was looking at and he liked the vehicle, yet said it is a bit pricey. As well, he mentioned that the 30 day tags would make him nervous... especially with the owner had telling me that the vehicle was not registered.
Immediately he forwarded me to CarFax to check on things.
09/26/2005 CARFAX
This vehicle was registered in a county declared a flood disaster area by the Federal Emergency Management Agency ( FEMA ).
I asked him the best way to know.. he said you simply just smell, that's the only way to really tell a flood vehicle. Well, the owner told me on the phone that he sprays ax body spray in the car every night to make it smell nice.... odd.
Then he told me that this is why the car has 30 day tags... everyone is bouncing around the registration until they can find someone who is clueless to buy the car. Once they get it.. they will then find out that the title will show flood.
