With most of our inspections behind us, the insulation went in tuesday and wednesday, we opted to go with sprayed cellulose which is a relativley new type of insulation and Im hearing its the way to go nowadays so we went with it, its more expensive but just like with the tankless WATER HEATER you make your money back in the long run.

Drywall was being stocked this morning, and that will be hung this afternoon and possibly for as long as 10 days depending on the weather. Siding is picked out and that gets dropped on site friday and put up with the drywall, the garage door should go up either late next week or very early the week after....

Everything seems to be coming together but the coordination is killer there is always something coming up and someone that needs to do something. At this point we are ahead of schedule in our approximations but we know things will snag as they always do. Hopefully we will be sleeping there by late august...

 

Dammit. I am jealous already. Wanna buy our house in Millersville--available for immediate occupancy.

The house is coming along quickly. It does help to be organized. I had lots of coordination with just the kitchen and now the guest bath remodel. A whole house must be crazy!! Kudos to you!
