Cory, seems like it was time to call in your cards for some moving help from the local S2Kers. You probably could have had the entire SoVa crowd at your place.

Hmmm...then again, you probably WOULD have had the entire SoVa crowd at your place.

Moving does suck.

Pete I need to get down and check out that foam gun. I've wanted to buy one for a while now. I love detailing goods. Speaking of detailing I need to order some more pads for my porter cable and toss out some old ones I have sitting around.

Oh and whatever you do make sure when you get pads for the porter cable they are the 5.5" ones. I think the 6.5" pads are too big for a porter cable.

Detailersdomain is another good place to get stuff. I always order from them and being out of NJ or something like that my stuff always comes fast.

We'll see. The Navy thinks we're going to get hammered and the local guys think it'll be breezy with a chance of a shower.

Hatteras will get it pretty good, though.

I'm pretty excited about the foam gun. I'm thinking of using a cheaper "off the shelf" soap for it though, considering I'd just use it as a pre-wash. I also bought some Wolfgang soap, but I'd prefer just to use that as the main mitt/hand wash(expensive stuff).

Thanks for the tip on the PC stuff. I still can't make up my mind on a kit. I was looking at one that came with a few Wolfgang products and I think some CCS pads, but they were 6.5" pads.

I did also order some stuff from Detailer's Domain, that stuff should be here today. I love their site and the fact they carry so many Adam's products, but AutoGeek just has so much more variety.

Not a bad idea on the cheaper soap but then the presoak results will be not quite as good.

I had a friend order the Wolfgang kit and I wasn't very impressed at all. I think you can put together a better kit yourself.

I'd probably use my Gold Glass soap for presoak. I actually filled the bottle up earlier with some soap, and hooked up the hose... I had it set to full mixture, and I could not believe how much foam this thing made!

That's interesting about the Wolfgang kit. Were you not impressed with the paint correction it did?
