Anyone going to be free the weekend of Oct 23-34? For the first time in who knows how long I know I'm not on-call for work and I know I don't have any other plans. I haven't seen most of you guys since Pete's welcome home meet.

So I need a huge favor. I have a set of wheels getting painted right now. (thanks for the hook up Cory) But I am underway. My internet is super slow and all the tire sites are boggin out. So I cant really do my research. I just need to know the size of tire for a 17x7 +45 wheel.

My guess is 195x55R17. But I am not sure. I am running 18s with a low sidewall right now, but these are going to be my AutoX tires so I am getting Nitto NT05s. I just need to know what size.

215/45/17 is going to be your best bet. I know that's what the 06/07 WRXs come with stock and those rims are 17x7. It's a perfect fit.

You know I just realized the stock ap2 front wheels are 17x7 and come with 215/45/17s. You should know this!!!

 

The smallest 17" NT05 out there is 235/40/17 (for an 8.0 to 9.5 inch wheel). I just e-mailed you, Joe.
