Sova Chat Thread ver. II
I had a nice set of bronze RE30s that I curb checked and had repainted. I didn't like how they turned out so I ended up trading them for some other wheels. I wish I still had them right now. My second most favorite wheel, right behind the TE37.

Decided to pass on a set of RE30s that I found because I've noticed how hard it has been to sell wheels on here, and how a lot of people have been taking hits on the price. So, since I'm keeping the GT-Cs, I thought about maybe taking the faces of them off and having them powdercoated a custom color, then doing a deep cleaning and polish on the barrels. Cory, I need to holla to find out what kind of prices your PC connection can do.
More information, please!I came close to pulling the trigger on these. Offsets are standard S2K offsets (read: not wild). Merc silver is the perfect finish too IMO. The only reason I didn't jump on them is that I just got my GT-Cs in March and know that I'd be taking a big hit on them to try and sell, plus I'd need to buy tires for the RE30s. All in all, I estimate a net loss of about $1000, which isn't terrible, but I can think of a better uses of the money.
They are sexy though.
Since everyone is talking about new purchases, I'll join in on the conversation. Just picked up a Recaro seat for an awesome price (only $135.00), but after getting it home and looking at it closely, I'm beginning to think that it's a replica and not an authentic one....
(Hey Eric! Sorry to jackin' your thread here)
