Default Trying to Resist the Bug

Agh! I want to get my car paid down a bit more before i start getting heavy into modding again. Problem is... the urge to start modding is eating away at me. Just today i found myself inexplicably browsing coil-over setups. I'm trying to behave but it's driving me crazy!

So since i'm sitting here agonizing because i'm trying to hold out on what i really want to do, i figured i'd ask you all.

What do you do when the modding bug strikes at an inopportune moment?

I wish legit money came as easily as illegal money for sure . Money actually isn't the problem in my case as i have a very low cost of living, it's that i'm trying to pay the s2k off this year, and that won't happen if i spend too much on mods .

It's hard to resist the temptation though, since i really want to start the work

Leave the car as-is. Pay it off, and then calculate the interest saved versus taking it to terms. A smarter thing would be to pay off any higher-interest debt first, and then pay off the car(assuming the car is at a reasonable rate).
