its simple you just register them at the honolulu police department on beretania st...takes about 30-40 minutes no matter how many you have...it took me about 50 cause i brought in everything which was like 9

and hell yes ewa traffic sucks so bad...if you leave after a certain time in the morning going to work youre screwed...coming home isnt bad if you know the shortcuts...i got tired of sitting in retarded traffic down in kalaeloa cause everyone from ewa was going that way
