^the ap2 redline doesnt make it better than the ap1

 

there is a BEST MOTORING video where they run an ap1 vs. an ap2 and in track time the ap2 is faster.....but i do envy the 9k redline......each has its strengths and weaknesses to the other....either way its an s2000....which speaks for itself

 

I would think the AP1 Would be more trackable and better on the tracks. AP2 is just easier to live with every day.

 

i know exterior wise the headlights and rear bumper are completely diffrent

 

the center counsol is waaay better IMO on the ap2 cuz its got the james bond sliding compartment. if only the ap2 revved to 9k.
as for a track car i think the ap2 is better suspension wise because of the rear being more planted and stable.

ap1 console is better. ap2 is made for a square cup.

 

this has been argued to death. look in the S2000TALK forum.

 

ap2 SHOULD have fewer miles and therefore less things wearing out that need fixing

 

That's why you buy 2! A 1 & 2. Lol.
