well some of the things that i think should be in an alarm is the shock sensors, glass breakage sensors. starter kill i think doesnt matter, since the engine already has an engine immobilizer right? some of the nice things of course are like the remote entry which we already have. but what i miss is when you press the button and the doors lock, a chirp gets played so you know the doors are locked. the stock one now, you have to press it twice and that loud horn beeps at you which always startles my girlfriend (which is pretty funny )

but i'm also thinking, i probably might not need one, i guess i'm jus used to having one since my old car had one. after all, it would jus be adding those shock sensors and alarm sirens right (which is pretty handy though). and then there's also those back up batteries and high pitched sirens which you can put inside the car...

I have a similar alarm system as Steve that has a 2 way paging system that can alert you when your alarm is set off. The range is short but it helps especially when you park at your friend's house and unsure about the people around the area.

I got mine installed at Security Alarm Shop near Ward by Aldin Wong.

I have motion sensors inside the car (fearing theft via tearing the top) as well as secondary backups to my alarm if they cut my battery off. Each has their ups and downs which I won't discuss on the open forum, but feel free to send me a private msg and I'll explain the details there.

Note: Don't just rely on the factory OEM theft management if you plan on keeping your car for a while.

I'm still thinking about getting the quick-release steering wheel and taking it with me when I'm at the theaters, or anytime when I won't be around the car for awhile (like Ben's). That would be a bitch for them to steal unless they had a tow truck handy.
Of course, there's always the chance that someone will steal your steering wheel when you don't take it with you.
