Default Collin, need some car audio advice.

I'm thinking about putting in some component speakers. I've got an alpine 9815 HU and have and Infinity Basslink X on order. I initially planned on just running everything off the head unit, since it's supplies 27x4 watts rms. I don't know now. I don't want to do anything drastic, just wanna keep it simple but clean. Any recommendations on speakers/amps and place to get a good deal/install? Aloha.

If you just want to try better speakers run off the deck power, try this first. Install the headunit and connect the stock wiring. From there, go to the doors and replace the stock speakers with your own. If you go this route, you don't need to run any wires making it simple. I've never done the deck, but you can check out my speaker installation page here.. You may have to double check the wire colors for 2004, but the physical installation should be relatively easy.
