fluids?
i would stay away from royal purple. i've seen waaaay too many cars with bearing failure using the RP oil. plus any oil that claims to polish your bearings cant be good. the crankshaft is supposed to float in an oil film between the bearings meaning theoretically there is no contact between the crank and bearings. that being true and RP oil still "polishes" bearings then RP oil has an abrasive in it.
anyway thats my rant about RP
as for synchromesh. i drained that out the day after i filled my car with that.
oem MTF seems to work best. also redline super light weight shock proof works well also. maybe even better than honda MTF.
as for diff i used to use only Torco gear oil. it was like a 75w 90 or something like that but now i have redline lightweight shockproof. with torco lsd addative for my lsd.

redline was my last oil change but mainly cuz i had some oilpan work done at SP engineering and thats all they had, before that it was mobil1 but i think im going to stick with redline, i had the trans fluid changed at the dealership just for good measure but next time it will be GM Syncromesh (FM).. as for the diff.. hmm..
