Going to Oahu!
Aloha everyone! I am planning a trip to Oahu in March and was wondering what is a "must see/do" on the island. I've been there before so I've done the tourist trap things such as hiking Diamondhead, International Marketplace, Luau in Paradise Cove, etc. I was wondering if there are any places that are outdoorsy like ziplining. Also, which food is recommended (besides Duke's
) Any input is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

the only worthwhile things to do, if you've done all the touristy things, is to shop and eat.
there used to be a couple of mountain bike tours that i went on a few years ago. one was on the north shore; they shuttled you to the top of the mountain and picked you up at the bottom. another was at kualoa ranch. we rode for 5 hours or so. we brought out own equipment but i'm sure they have rentals.

I tend to disagree kent. The food here is not that great and I'm not a big shopper. If you are looking for typical tourist attractions we are pretty limited.
My suggestion to you is to visit another island. Tickets are between $20-$40 one way and a nights stay is about $100.
If you are a true outdoors person, such that you love hikiing, kayaking, etc... I suggest you go to Kauai. You can hike the Napali Coast (2 days) or kayak it. You can do some ziplining there as well. You might even want to consider doing a helicoptor tour of the Island. There is tons of stuff to do.
If there is surface flow when you come, you HAVE to go and hike on to the lava field on Big Island. Nothing is crazier than seeing lava flow right next to you and being able to pick it up with a stick.
