If your motor intakes water that's bad.. Well maybe sell the car! And buy someone elses haha

 

no..i'd feel guilty for selling someone a car like that. i guess im just gonna run it till it blows then throw an LS1 in or something..
I really cant let selling someone a messed up motor resting on my conscience thats why..

seems like i dodged a bullet tho, motor isnt making weird noises right now, no smoke either. revving up fine too.

haha to be perfectly honest, i teared a little when the car finally came back to life again. it died for about 3 days...no electrical signals or anything. i just let the motor bake in the sun hoping it would steam out all the water. i love my car cant believe i even tried to sell it in the first place

 

I not can always buy new motor... I think total 3-4 g with labor for swap but can have f22 either case hope for the best!

a friend's friend's car just sucked up some water this past week and now needs a new engine......
think he said it was an 09 something.....

 

 

Can anyone recommend a good flat place to data log some 3rd gear pulls? Went to what I thought was a perfect spot right off the highway going out to kapolei but there ended up being cops cruisin around...

I got some done anyway...
