i can't think of a place that does it, but it's doable at home..
depending on what kind of spray tint was used. if it was niteshades, you can go to home depot etc to get this product called "goof off", it takes it right off.
if you want, you can also wetsand the lights with 1500-2000 grit
there's many ways too, even taking them off the car and using thinner..
