Default Stephen, your car is no fun!

Man, it's just too damn loud! I must drive much harder than you do cause I cannot see how you can use your car around town. On my way home, there were two cops that followed me from Queens medical center, to Bishop museum, just waiting for me to open it up before they lost interest. I picked up another in Pearl City, and finally another as I was getting off the Kunia offramp! This one was sneaky, laying back with his lights off to see if I was going to be naughty... Then after following me a bit up the hill, he did an illegal u-turn and headed back to the freeway! Funny thing is I drive a yellow car and I can stomp the crap out of the throttle exiting every turn and not attract attention!

HA HA HA! I was going to say the same about yours. It's too quiet. I can't tell what RPM I'm at without looking at the tachometer
Also, your knob is too skinny

I shouldn't have picked up Junko in your car though. She kept saying "oooooh, it's so nice and quiet. We can talk now..." DOH!

cops are tricky in hawaii. none of that would ever happen over here in MN!

I too wonder how he gets around without being harassed by the cops.

do you still have your j's n1 or did that deal go through with the other exhaust?

Spanky: I have the J's Racing N1 exhaust, but am swapping it out for an Amuse titanium exhaust as soon as HondaGuy sends it to me. I do also have the Mugen airbox and header which increase to the noise pollution

Nside: Yes, the deal went through and I am just waiting for shipment
You're right about the cops here. That's why I run the front license plate; so they have no reason they can pull me over (the exhaust is legal). If I slammed my car like Rob's, I would probably get pulled over every night until I went broke and had my car impounded.

I forgot to ask, did you ever get your no recon required papers? If so, did they look at the intake too?

Cool, it's that time of the year again, and I'll be searching for places like last year. Let me know if you find any good places for s/c's.

Man you guys confuse the hell out of me with this Recon stuff. Since the wife is set on moving out there in 3 years, I am wondering if it's worth the trouble to bring a modded car to Hawaii. So explain slow if you can.
