a new engine harness from majestic honda is about $350 otherwise you can go to a junk yard and find connectors on honda's that are the same and splice them in assuming that your didnt melt the connectors also...

It looks like an easy fix. You just need to replace the wiring and reloom it. Shouldn't be hard at all.

Thanks for your suggestions, racecarpete + jzz30. Instead of resoldering new wires, I'm thinking about using the existing wires, wrapping each with electrical tape, splitting a wire loom and fitting it into the wires. What are the consequences of that?
