Default House Broken In - Car Stolen!!!!

Well the unthinkable happened last night!! Someone broke into the house took cash from our wallets..etc and stole the S2K. The good thing is that no one was hurt and my car has the Boomerang Tracking system. Hopefully the police will find the car asap. I hope this system pays off. I spent over 5000 on the stereo mods but insurance should over it. Will post more details when they arrive!!!! Get a tracking system.. gives you piece of mind!!!

If my car is stolen, I don't know if I would want it back. Car thieves aren't exactly known for their care of the vehicles they steal. I would just assume have the insurance replace mine with one that hasn't been abused by a thief. Replacing the mods, that makes it a little more difficult.

That really sucks. I hope that things work out and they catch the low-lifes.

Geez Mark that sucks

Glad no one was hurt, but its hard to imagine someone breaking into the house and stealing anything here.

What part of TO do you live in?

I leave my keys in the room where I have my "security writeoff" dog, I figure if they can get out of there alive with the keys then take the car.

I'll keep an eye out for any obvious joy riders.

mark,

i'm from t.o. as well - where did this happen? what colour is your car? any visually distinguishing characteristics? lemme know - i'll keep an eye out for it.

a few civic SI-R's (SI's in the US) had stuff taken off them overnight on tuesday night in richmond hill - fogs, spoilers, front lips, wheels etc. - it seems like some kind of organized spree.

keep us posted.

pm me if you wish.
