I heard heat soak is a problem with this intake, true?

also what dd you cut/remove to get it to work with the radiator plate?

 

Nothing was cut or removed. The intake comes with a little shelf thingy that i did not use. ive seen it used with the radiator plate but i didnt wnna use it.

As far as heat soaking. If it did heat soak, I couldnt feel a differance.

That's a good trade - ITB's + Cash for these. I just hope he's making it a show or track car and doesn't plan on DD with the ITB's.
