Default This is how you reset the Maint. Light.....

ok. i was searching for this and found 100 different answers. all of them wrong. so i looked on the manual. and it is on page 139. but nobody checks the manual so here it is...

turn on the car.... not engine. just on.

press the trip reset button until you get the the oil level % thing.
hold down trip reset until in starts blinking (10 seconds)
press trip reset again until it goes away (5 seconds)
turn off car and start engine.

YAY!!!!

Thank you so much, everyone else's methods did not work lol, maybe that was for ap1's

The hold down trip then turn the car on is for '00 - '05.

For '06+, it's turn the car on first, then hold the button. Kinda silly they didn't program the system so that the old method would work as well.

Should be a sticky so I don't have to look for it every time
