Default How do I remove the front wheel studs?

Do I need to separate the hub from the knuckle to remove the front wheel studs and change them to extended wheel studs? If not, how do I get the stock studs out and the extended studs in?

I am not sure about the front, but on the rear you MUST remove the hub and press out the bearing not a quick job. I snapped a rear stud and will be replacing the studs this weekend.

Hopefully I don't have to remove the hub. I think I read once that it only took someone a couple minutes to remove them... anyone?

I don't think that is the case.

Unfortunately, I cannot copy and paste from my electronic version of the helm manual.

Unfortunately I don't have a specialized hydraulic press like the helm says. Looks like I will have to take it somewhere...
