I just received my apr cooling plate and the fitment seems to be a little off. I have my04...the front part of the hood where the weather stripping sits seemed to get in the way. I tried to slip it in but it doesn't' work. I need help.

 

Did you remove the stock metal plate that holds the rubber molding in place? That has to be removed as the cooling plate replaces it.

Adjust the hood latch or the the little black stops under the hood. Three 10mm bolts for the hood latch.
