Well,

last night (late I might add), I was sitting in the airport to get out of Baltimore, regretting the missed oppourtunity to meet the man Rick Hesel in person and waiting for boarding, I bout the latest Sport Compact mag.

As I read through it, I noticed the unusual number of Skylines featured. I thought to myself, "Damn, why didn't our own resident Nick Wong (GTR Power) make an appeal to get his skyline featured?"

Well it turns out as I read through the magazine, what do I run into on page 199? It's a small blurb about Nick's ride in the 10 best voted section. His car is in the running to be one of the ten best cars featured in SCC, so let help him out by voting.

Pick up this month's mag, well worth it IMHO.

Hey Nick, if you're reading this, how come I didn't see your ITR in the running? That car's been featured numerous times in numerous places if I remember correctly. I know Teri's got it now, but it should have still been in this SCC runninng.

Nick or Scott Z. (at King),

How come neither of the Mugen S2000 or SS2000 were featured or in the running?

Hey Urmil-

Hahahah!

The guys from MotoRex entered it. They think it's a good candidate for overall honors- but who knows. I didn't even know about the competition until after they sent it in... "oh, by the way... we entered your car in this contest(duh...)."

Actually, if the car holds together for the One Lap, we will have proved that proper modifications of the GT-R are extremely reliable... and besides, there isn't a big brain trust on this side of the ocean on these cars, and we will have shown the whole country that the GT-R is a car to be reckoned with- even when privately entered into the race.

It's not the best drag race car, it's not the best road race car, and heck, it's not even the best autoX car (far from that), but it's pretty good at all of them... Death to the enemy by paper cuts!
