pre ran rca jacks to the rear of the but on the sub there's a plug

I have a feeling it's meant to run off of high level (speaker level) inputs rather than low level (rca's) inputs. Don't quote me on this though. You may want to PM someone that has already done this install.

I also have rear speakers and a sub line from my HU (but i mentioned that already)

 

What I mean is that instead of hooking up the sub to your rca's you may have to hook it up to your rear speaker lines. It looks like the wires showing in the picture may be a power, switched power, and ground for the amp and then a positive and negative for supplying the audio signal from your HU. Again, don't quote me on this. A lot of amps give you the option of using rca's or speaker inputs (in this case your rear speaker lines). I really hope someone chimes in here and confirms this for you.

i think you're missing a part. send a PM to JasonB, i know he just hooked one of these up--i can't find the thread but he got it working.

 

Really if I knew the bose would work some how in the S, I wouldn't have gottan subs. I thought it needed the Bose head unit too.

 

JasonB is the one to talk to about this. I think you either need a harness or you need to solder the wires into the head unit. Good luck ~
