whats your favorite beer?
I tried this Polish one once called Kozel somehtingorother. I found it hard to believe it was a beer, it tasted that good. I also like Fosters Cold (good ol' Aussie beer). Other than that, don't like beer. Like Sheridans ... mmmmmmm ... I'd love to have one now ... work is SOOOO boring!

Mmmmmmm........beer.
One of my favorite topics!
My favorite is Hacker Pschorr Weissen...I'm having a tall cold glass right now, actually. Only to be enjoyed in the proper style glass, btw. Tall and very open at the top. The lemon wedge isn't authentically German...I don't do it often, but it can be a nice addition.
What else...
I also love Guinness, as I'm Irish. Corona is good when it's warm out at a picnic or BBQ, something else that I'm fond of since I'm a Texan.
I don't drink anything less than Michelob...I would rather not drink than drink Miller or Budweiser or something similar. That's not beer, that's pee in a can.
Of course, that was different when I was in college...I recall once buying a case...yes a CASE of Hamm's Light...for $2.10! The PERFECT college beer! OK, you will need to adjust that for being 1986 dollars...
I'm generally fond of imports...Duvel, EKU, Chimay, microbrews...and I even dabble in making my own brews on occasion. I have made maybe 6 cases in the last couple of years. Great fun, but a lot of work!
Good thread...it's making me thirsty!
