I drank this up in Oregon...

Hair of the Dog or something... very potent stuff. I think it was illegal in California, but not illegal in Oregon.

Anyone from there know about this stuff???

Wow. This is SO cool. I finally register (after perusing the forums for months as a guest) and the first topic I run into is about beer.

Oh, the topic. Deschutes Black Butte Porter (here in the Northwest) is my personal favorite - but only on tap - in the bottle it loses something. Moosehead in the bottle.

As far as the worst beer, the only beer I haven't been able to finish is a micro-brew from a local place here, had cinnamon and cloves in it (and yes, it was as bad as it sounds).

now listen closly stevens..in japan only a wanker orders "beer"...you must say "biru"..[pronounced bee-ru,with a slightly funny r..] so, repeat; "bi-ru ippai onegai-shimasu".Then; say "kanpai" (which literally means "drink the glass dry!")...then again in oz you must demand a "beeah" and prepare for the worst....good suds..just waaay more than us foreigners can drink!
