stereo installed, happy with blaupunkt pa- 275, unhappy with infinity basslink.
stereo finally installed,
the shop did a such shitty job, i regret so much that i didn't do it myself.
i wasted money and saved time, but next time, imma save money and waste time.
imma take the whole thing apart and sell some stuff i decided i didn't need,
than install it all over again myself.
i wish i could show you guys some pics but,
i took the woofer out already as i hated the way those ass- hairs installed the it.
so anyways,
i installed pa- 275...

... right on the spare tire, to hide it completely,
and basslink...

right on the tool box cover, so that i can remove it quick and easy
when weight of the car becomes priority.
the dimension of the subwoofer is perfect match with the tool box cover panel,
if you guys want subwoofer that can be taken out from the car in less than 5 min. i highly recommend
this product.
now the sound,
with pa- 275 music sounds like 5 times better.
i have boston speakers already installed,
it now makes it sooo crisp and clear, with out any static noise at all even at the highest volume.
even at high speeds with the top down i can here the music sooo much better.
the sound is a bit dry and cold tho, as the bass is bit dull just with these coaxial speakers.
i was a bit skeptical about this subs gimmicky design,
as it is a combo of woofer + amp stuck together,
it makes reeeal good bass.
it will not shake and stomp your town,
but it will make your car shake, it's very strong for its spec. rate and size.
to me however it is too much, a bit too hardcore as my gf commented,
i figure that this kind of bass is more suitable when i drive a huge suv or something,
it just a bit too overboard with s2000.
i already took the woofer off the car, imma sell it to my friend or on the "for sale" forum or something.
so the bottom line,
if you guys want a small, perfect- stealth amp with runs with almost no heat,
super clear, crisp sound,
blaupunkt pa series is perfect for this car.
if you want a "a bit of a shaking" that can be taken out in 3 min. for race,
basslink is a good choice too.
but if you are a true music lover and want to hear music with perfect balance of low, mid, high ranges,
it might fall into "garbage" category as it just stomps, stomps, stomps.
