Need help! Stock head unit non-functional
Help! I have a stock stereo (installed an '02 HU into my '00).
Today I used an air compressor off my cig lighter to reinflate my spare tire. Afterwards, when I started up the car again, the radio no longer works. It gets power, because the buttons light up and the anti-theft LED blinks. I thought maybe the radio didn't like the power drain and wanted the radio code, but that doesn't do anything... and the display doesn't say "CODE" In fact, nothing appears on the display, neither the backlighting nor "CODE" nor anything else.
Can anyone help with this? Maybe my battery is a bit weak and couldn't handle the compressor (I ran it for a while... had to get the donut from 20psi to 60psi), then had some strange effect on the radio??
My next step when I get home is to disconnect the battery to see if I can kick the radio back to wanting its code again.
TIA!

PJK3 and ruexp67,
That cursed Accessory Fuse!
Thanks for your help. I checked the fuses last night and almost gave up since the radio unit one (#26 or #27 I think) was fine... then I checked the accessory one (#9 I think?) and sure enough it was blown. Must have blown the last time I turned off the compressor, because I didn't realize the cig socket had died.
Thanks guys.
