Since I got the upgrades I have been having a hard time getting races. Besides racing badass Z06's, Supras and race prepped TA's, I asked a modded EVO if he wanted to run and he said no because he saw my front mount. I ended up racing him and taking the W. I had buddies looking for races for me, just so I could play. Is there any other folks having the same problem?

 

How much rwhp you putting down now?

 

It is putting down 330 to 340 at the wheels. Before it was tuned it put down 321 @ 8100 rpms, he didn't want to redline it, plus his fan was broke .

I like to go from a roll, easier on the diff. I am planning to hit the track soon, maybe a week or so. I am hoping for a high 12. We will see.

 

Whats the front mount look like? is it as obvious as a turbo?

Yeah, it is super obvious. I did it on purpose, shows mainly. It looks really mean, especially with Spearco written across it .

 

Yeah, go to a strip. Keep racing on the streets and sooner or later, you'll be in deep shit. I got a racing ticket almost 2 years ago, and I'm trying very hard to not do it again.

 

Yeah from a roll is always better on the car, but in public it is still pretty risky.

They should have rolling start races at the strip
