Now that the year draws to a close, we will only be 4 months away from our Hills of Missouri run.

I think we are good as far as the route goes (with some minor detailing), but now it's time to plan and reserve our overnight stay in Bull Shoals.

Therefore.. I need final commitments for all that want to participate.

I've already started looking at hotels but am unable to strike any deals without a head count. I'm expecting around $75-$85/night (for 2 people) at a hotel. We can get a little cheaper by staying at a Motel 8 or Days Inn, but for $20 more you get a much better room with a view. A 50% nonrefundable deposit of the cost will be due to me at time of booking. We will work out those details later.

But first YOU need to commit. Indicate final commitment and if you will be bringing a co-driver. Please do so by no later than 1/15.

This is going to be fun , I can't wait to go

 

I need to do a little more research to see if my co-pilot will have a track meet that weekend.

I'm good to go for one headcount and will get back to you on number two.
