I have been in contact with a 3M Bra Installer in the Tampa area. He is willing to come to Maryland/DC/VA and have the 3M invisible bra installed on S2ks of interested owners.

His price is $550 + expenses. The expenses have not been forecasted yet, but would be divided among the participants. I was hoping to ask Criswell Honda (Germantown, MD) to host the party.

$550 is cheap, is that for the full 3M kit?

Is there any prep work that we need to do to our cars first (like claybar it), or will he do everything necessary?

I'd be down for sure if the price doesn't climb much above $550.

Is this guy from Tampa really good? I'm not sure why we'd go with someone from Tampa versus local installers. Although the price from local installers seems a lot higher than $550 for the full kit, its closer to like $1000.

Sounds good, keep us up to date. Definitely interested with the price this good assuming its the full kit or close to the full kit.

 

LIL Raj in our area does this... why the heck would I pay for someone else's expense when I have someone local?

 

Figure if Lil Raja is charging the "normal" price around here of $1000 for the 3M Clear bra, and this guy wants $550 + $50 per member in expenses, then you're saving $400.

I'm all for supporting s2ki members, but for a $400 savings, I'll support the guy in Tampa.
