Default Where can I get my top fixed?

I just found a cut in my top a few minutes ago. It wasn't there on Saturday when I washed the car, but don't know when it happened. It is about an inch long, about 3 inches above the body and about an inch behind the vertical seam that is about 4 inches behind the passenger's door. I figure it was either a vandal with a very small tool, or someone was going to do serious damage but my proximity alarm scared them off.

It is not near any moving parts, so I doubt I can get Honda to cover it under warranty - no signs of rubbing or other defect. And I don't want insurance to cover it if I can get a good inexpensive fix - big deductible - and no prior losses.

So, any recommendations for a shop that can do an invisible fix? Maybe a patch on the inside with the outside seam invisible?

RT had a patch on his top that was hard to notice until you were quite close to it. Maybe you should ask him.

If I didn't have a 3' slash in my soft top- I'd let you have mine. my advise is get a hardtop - mine's never coming off again. Slow and painful death to all S2000 part thieves!

Thanks for all the suggestions. I did a little search on the web and found a place in Seattle called "Convertibles Only." It took them @ 30 minutes to put a patch on and let it dry enough to drive home with the top up. Total cost - $40 + tax.

The patch is not completely invisible, but won't be noticed unless you are looking closely. Now, if it doesn't weather differently than the top...

Thanks again

Well I was going to suggest Surefit in Tacoma on South Tacoma Way but I see you have your problem taken care of
