I woke up and drove 5 hours today to have my ultimate emanage tuned for my comptech s/c, 7lb pulley and 440cc Injectors. After a few quick engine perameter settings, the motor fired right up and compensated for the newly sized injectors maintaining a perfect idle. The day quickly went downhill from there...
The car drove to the dyno maintaining proper a/f and good driving characteristics with the exception of partial throttle hiccups and a miss or two at steady rpms. Once on the dyno, we made 307rwhp at an 11:1 A/F. The tuner set the vtec at 4k (too early imo) and spent the next 3 hours trying to get the curves right. Timing was pulled back initially minus 4' the entire way and the tuner ran out of time before he could set it properly. I had to leave early and took it with a partial tune.
I threw a CEL shortly after leaving and scanned it as System Too Rich Bank 1. Idle then went off the wall as it would be proper at 14.2-15.1 and then after you rev a bit it will richen up to 12:1 and stay there until you attempt to take off. 750-2000rpm is terrible. Sputter, miss, then jolt you're off. Tapping the gas while cruising results in a sudden jolt of 10:1 a/f and crusing at 3800, 4200, and 4300-4400 causes the car to buck back and forth a bit.
About the only thing that is great is the WOT. The car pulls like a mother and maintains a 12:1 then 11:1 a/f. I hope to get the tune complete next weekend. I think it is safe to drive as it is rich and not lean. I will post my final thoughts and a dyno sheet then.
I also made a Jumper settings list and install pics that I will make a thread on later.

The more I look at these settings the more I think everything is set totally wrong. Number 1- He used both injector map 1 and 2 but did not use accelerator injector map at all. How does the emanage know which MAP to even use? Same with the Ignition maps. I think these are a little screwed up for partial throttle:

It looks like under total vacuum I have zero injector duty cycle. Is this why when I have 5-10% throttle and cruise up in my rpm's the car leans out to extreme and then bucks?
