Finally have my car back and the engine is running very strong, very happy to have it back!


1st race- I was on my way back to work yesterday from lunch and I'm low on gas so I'm just takin it easy back, when I see a 99 or so C series mercedes come up fast behind me, I was like what ever just probably a c320 or something like that. But I hear the v8 rumble as it passes me by and saw the c43 amg sign. So I was like, gas can wait and I start to catch up with him only to get red a light. Finally we get in front of traffic and do a few roll on's. I let him always start first and he would get the initial jump but very quicly I would real him in and start to moderatly pull on him. Very fun races. I'm glad I could beat that nice v8 those amg's have in them.


2nd race-- I was at locall starbucks sunday night meet right next to my house. Finally having my car back I wanted to go say whats up to my buddys... So I pull in and talkin to some of my buddys and having a good time. It's starts getting late and I need to get home because I have school today. As I'm leaving I hear some lil punk (around my age (18) but still hasn't gotten past the EGO years yet) saying this and that he beats s2k's all the time. I calmly walk to him and talk to him, I let him run his mouth for awhile and then ask if he's willing to run. He says ok, but only for money. I start to get a bit nervous but know he's is just a cocky mustang driver and call his bluff. He says "ummm, actaully we will just go for fun" so I say ok. Long story short we run 3 times, I nail my launch perfectly every time and pulled on him by no less than 4 cars with the biggest win comin in at about 5 cars. He wasn't talking much and then I asked if he was going back to the meet, he said yes but never went back. Guess he was feeling so cocky any more . I like mustangs and appreciate them but can't stand drivers like this so I dont want to start a hate on mustang war. BTW the gt said he had intake/exhaust...

All in all a great come back for the "s". Glad to be back on the road agian

yeah after my little incident with a v6 cobra ive been sour at stangs... i raced a 04 gt couple nights ago.. beat him pretty bad up till about 90 then i shut down. and he still talked shit and flipped me off...

 

Just goes to show their mentality!!!

 

Please do not put all of us Stang/Cobra lovers into one bucket; trust me, each car group has their "bad apples."
