Default What all is needed with VAFC-II?

I ordered the VAFC-II a couple days ago. I just figured I take it to a place with a dyno and a tech. who knows how to tune the VAFC and thats it. Then I started reading and saw a bunch of stuff about the VAFC harness. What exactly is this harness and is it needed? Anything else I need to know?

I think there is a plug and play harness for the VAFC to connect to the S2000. I had an AFCII on another car, it took about 1 hour of wiring to install it. It basically needs to tap about 8 wires from the ECU.

Well, unless you want to wire it yourself. I'm not sure who sells them...someone else will chime in.

Get the harness. It makes life so mych easier. Even if you think you can spilce the wires your self, chances are some where you will mess up. Harness is definitely worth it, i my harness from here: http://www.frogenginecontrols.com/

Are they charging $150 for a harness?!?! Maybe I'm reading things wrong, but that's crazy!

I see nothing cheaper than $147, but looks like this is something I really need!
