Default Anyone with Comptech running higher than 10lb

I know a few members here are running higher than 10lbs with Vortech but anyone with Comptech running 10lb+ pulley? If so, any internal mods other than AEM EMS and injectors...? Thanks.

1.5 BAR was normal peak boost with twice hitting 1.7 BAR on the Defi gauge. I datalogged two pulls on a dyno one time- 20.06 psi at around 9900 rpm.

Currently I have a compression leak. It's either the ARP studs need to be retorqued/replaced or the 2mm Cometic head gasket has failed. It is the older design. Compression is(was ) right around 10:1.

Stock bottom, Laskey head work, 750 injectors, AEM EMS, testpipe, etc. That's with an ASP 3" steel pulley. I'm not the only one. Asura and Ztec have also run the same pulley. Nick's was on a fully built motor; not sure what Asura has done with his block.

My 395 was a 3rd gear pull, so 400 is doable.

The blower loses efficiency after a certain point- 55k rpm. That is why. I have not found the point of dimishing return yet.

I made 371 on a different dyno under different weather conditions at a slightly different altitude at just under 13psi last year. Then again, that was at 11:1 compression.

Hi...
Sorry to resurrect old Treads but I Plan to Up the boost and Kick Some Little Opel Corsa Ass here with Kind of setup you have FF2Skip.
I live in a country without a Tuner so I Rely on you Fellow S2KI members for help...
To Recap I have an EMS 1012 but haven't had the guts to Put it since I don't have a map for stock Boost and also I am afraid.
I planned to run a 10 Psi Pulley-3.5 ASP if I am correct(if I find somebody to Loan me a EMS map first) and would Run a 13 psi If you can spare me yours EMS map for 11CR. What ASP size pulley would I need?
Anyway I have a 4-1 header, test pipe and supersprints to Free the flow.
I actually Made less HP with the header since it needs more Fuel and needs a tune cos I am LEAN...
I am willing to go back OEM if that map is for OEM header..
Anyway Help me out.I am looking for Injectors and I don't know what size I need for 10 psi and what I need for 13.
I have a ported and polished Head and Hopefully soon I will be putting a CTAE Carbon intake Manifold.
I have a Wideband datalog and access to the only dyno here to make any corrections necessary.
Thanks in forward...you can mail me or Pm me.

Stefce,I wish I could help you out, but I am not no longer part of the FI crowd. I am now running a stroker motor. With no tuner, however, you are living on the edge.

I do remember running a 3.25" ASP pulley on the stock bottom end and stock compression. A spark tip broke off and caused all kinds of problems leading me to getting another block. On that one, we lowered compression and raised the boost with a 3" pulley, but I don't feel the results were worth the effort/money.

Injectors definitely need to be upgraded from stock. The smaller you can go without maxxing them out is best(so I've been told). I had already purchased 750cc injectors- probably overkill for my application at the time.

Wish I could be of more help. Good luck!

Avoid the CTAE manifold. It looses power.
