Hi .I have researched about the CTAE a lot but didn't come up to anything Conclusive so I don't know if mine is The one With the 50% bigger Plenum.
All I Read was that the test car Made Nearly 15-20Whp More Midrange without changing anything in the tune

Forget the CF plenum, lot of members have made ton of power with the stock mainfold.
I understant your situation which is similar to mine, since we do not have the facilities like US fellow you must keep the thing simple. if you want more power get gears of an emange which is very very easy compared with AEM.
i am shooting for 400whp on my CSC w/ac... i am dropping the compression, adding 750cc injectors, aem ems etc...
probably going with a 3-3.2 inch pulley... we will see!
from what i've heard, its definitely possible!

Hi i know that Emanage is Quite Easier to do the tune but i wanted to go all the way and bought the AEM.
Maybe with the AEM piggy Back will be better to tune the Fuel and Ign.
Anyway to add on teh CTAE here is the Tread i was reading...

here is a Quote from the tester. evil vapor
"The gains were all in the midrange with little to no gains up top. Was able to lower vtec engagment down to 4800rpm with no power loss and a healthy powerband. It's all about the area under the curve.
I would direct all questions about that manifold to CTAE directly.
The stock intake manifold becomes a bottleneck when you're moving a lot of air in a NA setup.
Driving impressions: BAD ASS! When you get ~16-20whp gain from 5000-6000rpm, you feel it! Especially on downshifts. I had reverted back to the stock final drive setup from running 4.77's and at first I thought the car pulled a tad bit harder than before (thinking I was still running the 4.77s). Later do I realize that I'm on the stock 4.10s and the car pulls hard! I guess the butt dyno can be useful?"

Hi,
I am no Expert in this but anything is possible....
To tell you the truth I was reading somewhere on a tread here Mathematical Calculations made about how much the Novi 1000 can support...
I think that it can hold around 1 bar or 14 psi or something...on the Limit of Efficiency that Paxton stated and with Gear ratios of everything calculated I thought that the 3.19" was established as max for the reach max impeller speed...this is what Paxton said was tested 55-57000Rpm...so anything above that is gray territory. So the Recap is,Vortech seems to have more head room for this and its better than the Novi...Maybe if you do a Novi 2000 conversion you will be pushing 1.5 bar no problem.
In the end,to stay on top of everything it is possible as I said MAX WHP to be taken out of the Stock CR. and I know that Nobody Recommends High CR with more boost but to take Sideways setup as a example..I believe he is at 10.5 cr and has Successfully pushed 1.25 and 1.5 bar to it. All perhaps that's needed is Careful tuning by a respected Tuner and you are good to go....
Also a Head gasket is Quite better to have with a Turbo setup since turbo Pressure is easier to increase and not like us which have to Change Pulleys and Belts and the works compared to dialing the boost up by a knob?
Cheers and I would recommend or many here would be against going 1 bar on stock CR. HEHEHE...

As a result of running over 10psi upgrades need to be done to the engine as well. Im at 9.2psi and i am looking at upgrading the retainers, springs and valves but theres no real consensus on what is best. to the guys running 10+ psi what accompanying mods do you have in this regard?
so whats teh WHP game and how has the 1/4 Mile changed...and say somethnig about how the More boost feels compared to stock.?
Anyway guys would you think that a Block Guard is a Cheap and Good investement if you Put new springs and retainers if you go up the boost?
I know that eh S2000 has like other hondas a Floating Cilinder design so maybe a Block guard is a good thing here?

Even when I upgraded from 5lb to 7lb, I could feel the difference.
I think a headgasket would be the cheapest and best mod.
hey guys.
I want to buy Injectors from a fellow Member and they are 600cc.
can someone tell me some advice how big injectors would i need for a 3.25"pulley on stock Compression ?
And i plan to use the Stock FPR on this.
are 600cc too small or they can pass?
Also can the Comptech FPR be used on any aplication and i take the Vacum off it and increase the pressure if i need with its knob?I increase the Static Presure right,?and since there is no Vacum or boost it wount know when i am boosting and wont increase the Pressure depending on boost right?
thanks,
