Default Who's found a spring spacer?

Ok, so i had my first beautiful surprise of my new car, when painting the calipers, i happened to find oh, say a damn spring spacer on each wheel!!!!!! 7500 MILES LATER!!!! they were behind the spring, so i don't think they even noticed them. I wonder what the percentage is that has found these.

As Promised, here's a picture of on of them on my rear wheels
(Sorry it took so long, I accidently deleted it off my camera had to spend a day trying to recover it)

I have looked a few different times but never with the car on a lift. As far as I know the dealer got them all. I hope.

What do the spacers look like? Does anyone have any pics on the spacers? I've noticed a lot of owners has ended up removing it themselves. What are the spacers there for? I still have to check mine to see if My s2000 still have them or not. Thanks!!!

i felt around when i got the car, and noticed that they had gotten the obvious ones, but didn't get the ones on the back side of the spring. i figure that's probably worse than if they had taken none of them at all.

here's what they look like

I found mine because of this board. Otherwise, I would never have looked for them - or known they might be there for that matter.

I knew about them and would not leave the dealership until they handed them to me.. but I failed to count them! The idiots left some in three of the four springs.. found over 2000 miles later and AHM swears no damage is done even though there is a warning tag on every car saying damage may occur if the car is driven over 12mph with them installed.

So count them! I believe there should be at least 12 of them from the factory.

See! that is part of my problem.. actually there are 14 from the factory (the dealer left 7 in my car).

What's the best way to see if the spacers are there? Do the wheels have to come off in order to see them?
