In recent event, my Vortech SC that I had for almost 6 yrs was destroyed about 3 months ago. To give little history on this SC, it was installed in 2002, and then it developed ball bearing issue just last year. So earlier this year, I sent it to Vortech to have it re-conditioned. Thats insane that the impeller ate itself... the tech must not have set the bearings up correctly.

I wonder if Vortech would have paid for the motor if it was the supercharger that caused the damage. THAT would have been customer service.
