Oil and other fluids..
We get deluged with thread after thread after thread all asking essentially the same thing - which oil to use to top up and at servicing.
Before posting another "Which oil...?" thread, PLEASE read the sticky Tech FAQ thread and the linked thread below in the Under The Hood forum

FWIW, the concensus of much previous discussion about oil in the UK forum has been that any decent synthetic 5W-30, 5W-40, 10W-30 or 10W-40 will provide sufficient protection in our climate.
