Both my front calipers were siezing. Symptoms - hot wheels, car wouldn't roll freely, vibes on the motorway when they were siezing badly, smoking & smelly pads.

Strangely it was quite intermittent so I left it, probably too long. I decided against the "push the pistons out a bit and clean them" idea after trying to push one out but being unable to move it much or get it back in again - led me to believe the seals were knackered so I decided to just get it over with & replace the calipers.

No way was I going to pay
